Virginia Glass & Mirror of Martinsville, Virginia is a leading manufacturer of All Glass Entrance Doors and Architectural Tempered Glass as well as Frameless Shower Enclosures, Laminated Glass, and Mirror & Tempered products for the commercial construction market. They are set to take delivery of a brand new Patriot HD glass delivery truck. This particular glass truck body sits on top of a Freightliner cab & chassis. Nine Adjust-A-Poles and five rows of E-Track on either side of the truck’s body will allow Virginia Glass & Mirror to carry products of all shapes and sizes. This Patriot HD is the first glass delivery truck they have purchased from us and we look forward to building more vehicles for them in the future.
The Patriot family of glass truck bodies is available for a wide array trucks and offers more cargo and weight capacity than our Atlas glass truck bodies. The Patriot LT can be installed on Class 3-5 trucks and the Patriot HD can be installed on Class 5 and higher vehicles. Some of the standout features of a Patriot include up to 10-foot high racks and extra deep ledges. With available lengths up to 28-feet you can carry those extra long or wide sheets of glass and a walkway in-between the racks provides plenty of extra cargo space.
